This role operates with a high degree of trust and discretion. This is a highly collaborative role that will have regular access to confidential organizational financial information, including budget projections, revenue figures, and fundraising targets, and will act in a confidential capacity to the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Editor-in-Chief to advance major donor and foundation fundraising, strengthen development systems, and ensure that materials and messaging are aligned with organizational priorities.
